1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing MyBoo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using MyBoo you represent that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate any account that we believe belongs to a minor.

3. The Service — Fictional AI Companions

MyBoo provides conversational interactions with AI-generated personas ("Companions"). Companions are fictional characters generated by software. They are not real persons, not licensed professionals, and do not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Companion responses for important decisions.

Conversations are processed by third-party AI providers. Output may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate and does not reflect our views.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. One person, one account.

5. Tokens and Virtual Items

Tokens, coins, rewards, persona unlocks, and similar in-app items (collectively, "Virtual Items") are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use a feature of the Service. Virtual Items:

  • have no monetary value and are not currency;
  • cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the Service;
  • are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law;
  • may expire, be adjusted, or be revoked for abuse, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms;
  • are forfeited upon account termination.

6. Paid Packages and Billing

You may purchase token packages or subscriptions. Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms also apply. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Statutory rights of withdrawal under EU consumer law may apply prior to the digital content being delivered; by initiating a purchase of Virtual Items you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished upon delivery.

7. Wheel of Fortune and Reward Mechanics

Reward features such as the Wheel of Fortune and daily spins are promotional entertainment, not gambling. Outcomes grant Virtual Items only and never cash or anything of monetary value. No purchase is required to participate where prohibited by law.

8. Affiliate Program

Affiliates may earn commissions for qualifying referrals. Self-referrals, fraudulent traffic, incentivized installs, and misleading promotion are prohibited and result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and account termination. Detailed affiliate rules are provided in the affiliate dashboard.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate or solicit sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor; (b) impersonate real persons without consent; (c) harass, defame, or threaten others; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (e) circumvent paywalls, token economy, or safety filters; (f) upload malware or unlawful content; (g) use the Service in violation of applicable law.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

11. Moderation and Termination

We may review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither MyBoo nor its operators are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (i) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (ii) EUR 50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyBoo and its operators from any claim arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
